What you can expect from us
Communication is key! We have systems and process’s in place so that you’ll know where you stand through our entire workflow.

Estimate request | Our staff will call you to schedule an appointment that works with your schedule |
Estimate appointment | Our staff will call you with a reminder and confirmation of an estimate the day prior. Our estimator will notify you when on the way and will provide you with a detailed electronic estimate outlining the proposed scope of work (this can be texted or emailed). |
Job approval | You will receive an email notification of the week that you are on the schedule |
Job completion | You will receive a phone call from our staff 1-2 days prior to the job completion date during the week you were scheduled. The installers will come to your home and complete the work per the agreed upon estimate and work agreement. |
Payment | The following day of the completed work, our staff will send you an invoice via email, which can be paid by cash, check, credit card, or financing. |
