My apologies for not sending some feedback to you guys sooner. I've been trying to catch up with my job post-deployment; and realized I neglected to tell you guys thanks so much for your great service!


My wife and I really appreciate you working with us, even as I was deployed, to get a quality product installed on our home. Our gutters really distinguish our home from others in our neighborhood.


The installation guys were superb, and the follow up in addressing the minor concerns we had, post installation, could not have been better. Also, as a deployed service member, your willingness to work with us on improving our home while I was overseas, and my wife was managing things back home, meant a great deal. I wish all companies demonstrated such professionalism!

Having had your crew installing gutters at my home today, I just wanted to let you know that Abdulah and his helpers did a commendable job. Albeit a small job, they were courteous, professional, attentive (seemed like they wanted to be sure I was happy with their work), and apparently efficient/hardworking (it went quick). I also got to observe them while they were working on my neighbors home.

I hope letters of this type mean something in this day and age of general poor craftsmanship and just plain lazy people who do not want to work.  We were extremely happy with your AA Gutter Services.  First of all, I called you for a different problem. (You were not the first people called). You responded promptly and gave me an honest appraisal of the work I had asked about. On the way out, you mentioned you could replace my gutters and add one across the front of the driveway. Your price was very reasonable, and I appreciated the time you took to discuss and make suggestions about the "other" problem I had asked about. So, we did decide to replace the front gutters. Your men came, and within 2 hours the job was done. The outcome really was an upgrade to the looks of the house (not to mention the function). I would recommend you highly. Beginnning with the initial estimate and our ensuing conversation and continuing through the actual install you and your crew have been courtious and professional. The crew arrived promptly, treated me and my dogs with courtesy and respect, caused very minimal disruption to my scedule and left after performing all clean-up, leaving the property in the same condition as it was when they arrived.
